Hospital/Homebound

There are many people who are unable to attend Mass for a variety of reasons, and we are blessed to bring Christ's presence to them through our pastoral care ministries.

Our Hospital Ministry visits Catholics at Carilion Hospital, rotating weekly with Basilica of Saint Andrew. We also minister to those living in rehabilitation and long-term care facilities, as well as parishioners who are homebound.

Through visits, prayer, companionship, and the Eucharist, we strive to ensure that those who cannot be with us at Mass remain connected to the parish community and the love of Christ.
